ReplyDeleteIt REALLY does. That was one thing I realized after I made this list, It was going to ADD up. I tried to focus a lot of the meals on black beans that you'd make at the beginning of the week and use for quite a few different meals. I had hoped this would reduce cost… sigh anyway. We usually spend about 300$ a month on groceries. I think* Honestly I finally just said well, we're worth the investment in health right? It sucks though how quickly it disappears. And if you eat fresh foods you really have to shop once a week or they'll spoil.
